About The Role
You will take ownership of the full HR agenda, leading a major organisational redesign and rebuilding the HR function to support the company's next stage of growth and efficiency. You will work closely with the CEO and leadership team, bringing structure, transparency, and strategic clarity to all people-related areas.

What You Will Lead

  • A full relaunch of the HR function: strategy, processes, governance, and delivery.
  • Completion of an ongoing organisational transformation: consolidation and optimisation of teams and departments.
  • Workforce planning, headcount efficiency, and comprehensive cost management (incl. payroll, salary benchmarks and stuff costs).
  • Redevelopment of compensation, benefits, grading, and performance frameworks.
  • Building and strengthening the HR team; restoring confidence in the HR function across the organisation.
  • Implementation of a unified HR ecosystem (processes, HRIS, analytics, metrics, employee portal).
  • Close partnership with large engineering and product teams — understanding tech environments is key.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience as an HR Director or senior HR leader within tech, engineering-centred, or fast-changing organisations.
  • Hands-on experience in organisational transformation, restructuring, and HR function redesign.
  • A balance of strategic vision and operational discipline — able to design solutions and deliver them.
  • Strong communication skills, resilience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A mindset that values clarity, transparency, business partnership, and accountability.
  • Russian native-speaker with strong knowledge of Russian Employment Law.
