We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven
Digital Process and Data Manager
to lead and deliver improvement initiatives derived from
process mining insights
and
master data enhancement programs
. This role serves as the bridge between
data analytics
,
business process optimization
, and
strategic transformation delivery
— ensuring that findings from process mining and data management initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead transformation projects driven by process mining discoveries and master data insights, from opportunity identification through to implementation and value realization
• Analyze end-to-end process data using process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Signavio) to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
• Build and maintain process mining dashboards, visualizations, and performance metrics to support continuous improvement and decision-making
• Collaborate with process owners and functional teams to validate insights, design improved workflows, and monitor execution.
• Drive adoption of process mining as a continuous improvement capability, not a one-time diagnostic
• You are leading SME's and one or more process digitization workstreams and are responsible for timing and target achievement.
• Lead master data improvement initiatives directly linked to process performance and operational efficiency.
• Integrate data quality KPIs and monitoring mechanisms into transformation dashboards and reports.
• Act as a transformation ambassador, fostering a data-driven culture across functions.
• Communicate progress, insights, and value realization effectively to senior management and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and training to strengthen process mining and data literacy within the organization

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or Information Systems.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or digital transformation roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading transformation initiatives driven by process mining and data management insights.
• Knowledge of process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath, Signavio) and data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
• understanding of master data management (MDM), data governance, and their linkage to business process optimization is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional stakeholders and delivering measurable business impact.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
