Business Data Analyst Trainee
to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge
- Support the Data & Insights team in transforming data into meaningful business insights.
- Assist in analysing the performance of Seedtag's Contextual products and internal processes.
- Help build tools and dashboards that support data-driven decision-making across teams.
- Learn how to automate internal processes to increase team efficiency.
- Gain exposure to the adTech ecosystem and develop business acumen.
- Collaborate with experienced analysts and actively participate in team discussions.
- Take ownership of learning opportunities and technical development.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong interest in data analysis, business intelligence, and technology.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and a willingness to develop your technical skills.
- Some academic or personal experience with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) or Excel/Google Sheets.
- Curiosity about data visualisation tools such as Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Detail-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Motivation to understand how data impacts business decisions.
- A good level of English, both written and spoken.
It would be a big plus if:
- Have worked on academic or personal projects involving data analysis or reporting.
- Have taken online courses or earned certifications related to SQL, data analytics, or visualisation.
- Understand basic business KPIs or performance metrics.
