We are looking for a
highly motivated, proactive, and analytical Product & Category Specialist
to join our team and play a key role in the growth and evolution of our product portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving category performance and product innovation through
data analysis, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration
. You will work closely with Growth Marketing, R&D, Brand, Operations, and Procurement teams to identify opportunities, develop data-driven initiatives, and execute strategies that maximize
volume growth, profitability, and consumer relevance
.

Your mission:

  • Manage and optimize
    category performance across different channels
    (delivery platforms, retail, etc.).
  • Analyze
    market, consumer, and performance data
    to identify growth levers, volume opportunities, and profitability improvements.
  • Define and develop
    product and packaging initiatives
    , collaborating closely with R&D, Brand, Operations, and Procurement.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute
    new product launches
    , ensuring strong alignment between product positioning and flawless execution across all channels.
  • Identify
    innovation opportunities
    to adapt and evolve the portfolio according to consumer trends, insights, and market dynamics.
  • Develop and implement
    pricing, distribution, and trade promotion strategies
    for retail.
  • Monitor key KPIs and translate insights into
    clear, actionable recommendations
    aligned with overall business and growth objectives.

Profile needed:

Experience & tools:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Languages: Spanish, English B2.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven brand marketing experience or category innovation/performance, preferably in FMCG
  • Analytical Execution: Demonstrated ability to interpret brand performance and track key KPIs using standard market tools to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Consumer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of market trends.
  • Project Coordination: Lead end-to-end project coordination for consumer activations and portfolio initiatives, demonstrating high autonomy from planning to execution.
