Contract & Sourcing Specialist (Temporary)

At ING we are looking for a Contract and Sourcing Specialist (Temporary)

Your role and work environment:

Ensure effective management of all the contractual lifecycle stages with suppliers, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and service quality, supporting the business experts and other support teams. ​

Your key responsibilities:

Positively contribute to the maintenance of an optimal and trusting environment with internal stakeholders and third parties

Ensure the continuity of bank outsourced processes in accordance with legal, business, financial and CX requirements.

Contract Lifecycle Management expertise:

• Assure registration, tracking, and updating of contracts in internal tools.  Execution of renewals, renegotiations, terminations, and exit plans.

Risk Assessment and Compliance activities:

• Support and guidance in the execution of risk profiling and assessments. Periodic regulatory controls and audit reviews.

Supplier Relationship Management skills:

• Direct communication for clause negotiation and amicable resolution of non-compliance.  Ensure strong and healthy relationships with suppliers.

End-to-end Business Support:

• Support and guidance through the whole provider's journey.  Support and challenge in defining technical and operational specifications.  Support to business in the definition of SLAs and associated penalties.

Regulatory Documentation management:

• Provides support on preparation and archiving contractual documentation in line with policies and regulatory requirements.

Enabling Service Quality & reporting activities:

• Enable tools and processes to monitor service quality KPIs (SLAs, KRIs, OCDs). Identify inefficiencies and contract overlaps.   Assure support to have periodic reporting on KPIs, KRIs, SLAs, and OCDs.

Intragroup & HUBs Services Management:​

• Follow-up and support of non-compliance in intragroup services.​

What are we looking for?

- Background related to operational  environmental

- Focus on cost efficiency projects

- Ease of integration in multidisciplinary teams.

- Passion for negotiation, both on the financial side and in the day-to-day management of projects and activities.

- Organization and planning. Strictness in the execution of tasks and perseverance in achieving objectives.

- Ability to manage and creatively solve problems.

Collaborative and Social skills and ease in dealing with third parties.

- Analytical and critical thinking to identify inefficiencies in services and operational processes.

- Ability to prepare progress reports and deliverables.

- Communication, graphic representation and presentation skills for advocacy and reporting.

- Intermediate to high level Office package ("Excel" and "Power Point" skills)

Tu rol y entorno de trabajo:

Garantizar la gestión efectiva de todas las etapas del ciclo de vida contractual con proveedores, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo, la eficiencia operativa y la calidad del servicio, brindando apoyo a las personas expertas del negocio y a otros equipos de soporte.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

• Contribuir de manera positiva al mantenimiento de un entorno óptimo y de confianza con las personas implicadas internamente y con terceros.
• Asegurar la continuidad de los procesos externalizados del banco conforme a los requisitos legales, de negocio, financieros y de experiencia de cliente.

Experiencia en gestión del ciclo de vida contractual:

• Garantizar el registro, seguimiento y actualización de contratos en las herramientas internas.
• Ejecutar renovaciones, renegociaciones, terminaciones y planes de salida.

Actividades de evaluación de riesgos y cumplimiento:

• Brindar apoyo y orientación en la ejecución de perfiles y evaluaciones de riesgo.
• Realizar controles regulatorios periódicos y revisiones de auditoría.

Habilidades en gestión de relaciones con proveedores:

• Comunicación directa para la negociación de cláusulas y resolución amistosa de incumplimientos.
• Asegurar relaciones sólidas y saludables con las personas proveedoras.

Soporte integral al negocio:

• Acompañar y orientar durante todo el recorrido de las personas proveedoras.
• Apoyar y desafiar en la definición de especificaciones técnicas y operativas.
• Colaborar con el negocio en la definición de SLAs y penalizaciones asociadas.

Gestión de documentación regulatoria:

• Brindar apoyo en la preparación y archivo de documentación contractual conforme a políticas y requisitos regulatorios.

Habilitación de calidad del servicio y actividades de reporte:

• Implementar herramientas y procesos para monitorear KPIs de calidad del servicio (SLAs, KRIs, OCDs).
• Identificar ineficiencias y solapamientos contractuales.
• Asegurar soporte para la elaboración de reportes periódicos sobre KPIs, KRIs, SLAs y OCDs.

Gestión de servicios intragrupo y HUBs:

• Seguimiento y apoyo ante incumplimientos en servicios intragrupo.
