Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Accounts Payable to join our team in Madrid and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Your Challenge
  • You will be responsible for handling vendor invoicing on a daily/weekly basis.
  • You will be responsible for Purchase order reconciliations (Invoice vs PO).
  • You will consider accruals/provisions booking at the month-end.
  • You will be part of the monthly AP closing accounting process.
  • You will actively collaborate in the Payment run process.
  • You will support and cooperate in Front Office inquiries: Email and phone support.
  • You will perform and engage following the department's KPIs and SLAs.
  • You will actively support the team in projects related to new market integrations. and internal corporate projects.
  • You will be part of the automation and harmonisation of tasks within the team.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Have a business management or finance-related degree.
  • Have between 5-6 years of accounting background.
  • Are fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages would be an advantage.
  • Have thorough experience with spreadsheets and Excel.
  • Are attentive to detail and well-organised.
  • Possess strong prioritisation skills, flexibility and the ability to multitask daily.
  • Are not afraid to speak up, make mistakes, learn from them and propose improvements.
  • Have an international and multicultural mindset.
