The challenge
We're at a pivotal moment in our journey. After years of growing and iterating on our platform, Jotelulu now powers products like Servers, Remote Desktop, DRaaS, File/Object Storage, and our Marketplace, and we're moving fast toward becoming the all-in-one platform for IT companies. We grow 100% through channel and technical communities (sysadmins, MSPs, integrators) and are currently present in Spain, Portugal, France, and Mexico, with new markets opening soon. As a Marketing Specialist for the Spanish market, your mission will be to strengthen Jotelulu's presence and visibility locally by executing digital marketing initiatives, creating impactful content, managing events and public relations, and ensuring smooth marketing operations. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and play a key role in consolidating Jotelulu's leadership in Spain.
You'll join a marketing team that is growing and evolving quickly, combining creativity, execution, and data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for hands-on execution across digital channels, events, content creation, and campaign optimization, ensuring impact in one of our most strategic markets.
Collaboration will be essential. You'll work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Country Management teams, as well as industry media, suppliers, and event organizers. Together, you will align priorities, support partner engagement, generate demand, and help elevate Jotelulu's brand across the Spanish IT ecosystem.
Requirements that are important for us
We are looking for an Regional Marketing Manager, Spanish Market with strong B2B experience, a hands-on approach, and the ability to execute high-impact marketing initiatives that strengthen Jotelulu's presence in Spain. The ideal candidate combines digital expertise, content creation skills, and event management capabilities to deliver measurable business impact.
Relevant experience and expected outcomes:
- Proven experience executing B2B or SaaS inbound and digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth in visibility, organic traffic, engagement, and qualified leads.
- Hands-on management of SEO, content marketing, social media, SEM, and email automation, ensuring all activities support broader business and brand objectives.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, and Country Management to align messaging, GTM initiatives, and funnel progression.
- Experience operating in competitive and fast-growing markets, identifying opportunities to strengthen brand presence and accelerate lead generation
- Ability to coordinate and support events, webinars, sponsorships, and partnerships that reinforce Jotelulu's position within the Spanish IT ecosystem.
- Plan and execute targeted inbound and go-to-market initiatives for the Spanish B2B ecosystem, increasing brand awareness, organic reach, and partner engagement.
- Create, translate, and adapt high-quality content across the full funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) to support acquisition, education, and conversion.
Analyze inbound and campaign performance data to optimize content, channels, and spend, providing actionable insights to leadership. - Coordinate events, expos, webinars, and community activities, ensuring excellent execution and strong participation from partners and prospects.
- Communicate effectively across teams, driving alignment and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing marketing environment.
- Marketing automation and CRM tools: Salesforce marketing tools, HubSpot, Pipedrive, for segmentation, nurturing, and campaign execution.
- Analytics & performance platforms: GA4, Power BI, Looker Studio, to track funnel performance, attribution, and ROI.
- Content & design tools: WordPress, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, ChatGPT, Grammarly, ensuring consistent, high-quality content and brand assets.
- SEO/SEM platforms: Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, supporting search visibility, keyword strategy, and acquisition.
- Project management & collaboration: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365, Slack, improving coordination and operational efficiency.
