Especialista BIM
que quiera contribuir al desarrollo y ejecución de Data Centers de nueva generación, trabajando
desde la obra y en coordinación directa con equipos CSA (Civil, Structure & Architecture) y MEP
.

Tu reto como Especialista BIM

Serás la persona responsable de
liderar la coordinación BIM
para garantizar que diseño y construcción evolucionen de forma integrada, precisa y eficiente.

Actuarás como
puente entre ingeniería, obra y contratistas
, asegurando que el modelo BIM se convierta en la fuente única de verdad durante la ejecución del proyecto.

Funciones principales

  • Conocer el
    Bim Execution Plan (BEP)
    del proyecto y asegurar el cumplimiento de este durante la ejecución de los trabajos.
  • Crear/mantener un modelo BIM
    actualizado del proyecto, combinando modelos de terceros con elementos modelados internamente.
  • Coordinar los modelos de obra civil, estructuras, instalaciones y arquitectura.
  • Coordinar con las ingenierías externas los trabajos de modelado, evitando duplicidades y optimizando los recursos.
  • Establecer/coordinar con los proveedores las condiciones de exportación de los modelos en el formato de intercambio IFC.
  • Comprobar interferencias en el modelo entre elementos constructivos, especialmente los generados en diferentes modelos
  • Integrar los cambios generados en obra tanto en el modelo como la información gráfica asociada.
  • Preparar el
    modelo "as built"
    entregable según las condiciones del BEP
  • Coordinar el modelo con la topografía y los replanteos en obra
  • Dar soporte a los equipos de producción en obra en cuanto coordinación geométrica mediante modelos, planos o detalles.

Requisitos técnicos

  • Arquitecto/a, Ingeniero/a o Técnico/a con experiencia demostrada en
    BIM aplicado en obra
    .
  • +3 años
    en proyectos complejos (ideal: CPD / hospitales / industria farmacéutica / industrial/logística).
  • Dominio de
    Revit
    y herramientas de coordinación (
    Navisworks,
    o equivalente).
  • Experiencia con
    CDE
    (BIM360/ACC, Dalux…).
  • Nivel de
    inglés profesional
    (B2 alto/C1).
