Focus on WD are seeking a Junior Workday HR Analyst to join an established Workday End-User based out of Madrid
Job Title:
Junior Workday HR Analyst
Location:
Hybrid Working – x2-3 days per week onsite in Madrid
Salary:
€30,000 - €35,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus benefits
This is a Full Time Permanent position.

About the Role:
My customer is looking for a Junior Workday HR Analyst to join their growing team - this is a fantastic opportunity for an individual in the early stages of their Workday Career to join a Market-Leading Workday End-User where they can build on their existing skills and expand on their Workday Capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- At least 6-12 months of hands-on experience across Workday HCM – configuration experience is preferred but happy to consider administration/support or Super-User level applicants.
- The ability to troubleshoot and triage 1st line queries, provide knowledge transfer and system support.
- Strong documentation and governance skills,
- A keen focus on Data Integrity and System Security.
- Excellent communicational qualities – with the ability to articulate to colleagues, peers and stakeholders best practice through training workshops
- Strong teamworking skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with colleagues and prioritise tasks in alignment with company needs.
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Any background in HR Processes will be beneficial
