En
AXPE Consulting
seguimos impulsando proyectos estratégicos de
transformación digital en banca de inversión (CIB)
y buscamos incorporar un/a
Arquitecto/a Senior
para liderar la definición de la arquitectura objetivo de los
canales cliente
a nivel global.

La posición tiene un fuerte componente estratégico, de gobierno y alineamiento transversal, trabajando con múltiples dominios de negocio y tecnología en un entorno internacional.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás responsable de definir y gobernar la
arquitectura target, los principios y el roadmap
de los canales client-facing de CIB, asegurando alineamiento entre dominios, regiones y estándares corporativos.

Entre tus funciones principales:

  • Definir la
    arquitectura objetivo y estándares
    para los canales cliente en CIB.
  • Asegurar el alineamiento transversal entre dominios clave:
  • Markets & Trading, Payments, Cash Management, Trade Finance, Client Onboarding / KYC
    .
  • Revisar iniciativas y proyectos para garantizar su
    encaje arquitectónico
    y coherencia con la estrategia de
    Client Centricity
    .
  • Representar el dominio en
    foros de gobierno de arquitectura
    , velando por el cumplimiento de políticas y estándares del grupo.
  • Impulsar la adopción de
    capacidades compartidas
    : identidad y acceso, seguridad, API Gateway, frameworks UX, integración de datos y servicios.
  • Comunicar de forma clara la
    estrategia y dirección arquitectónica
    a stakeholders senior, en un entorno internacional.
  • Proporcionar liderazgo arquitectónico y fomentar la
    alineación global
    entre equipos y regiones.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia sólida como
    Arquitecto/a de Dominio, Arquitecto/a Empresarial o de Soluciones
    en entornos bancarios complejos.
  • Conocimiento profundo de
    arquitecturas digitales y canales cliente
    en banca corporativa / inversión.
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos
    multidominio y multiregión
    , con fuerte componente de gobierno.
  • Capacidad para definir estándares, principios y roadmaps arquitectónicos.
  • Excelente capacidad de
    comunicación e influencia
    con perfiles técnicos y de negocio.
  • Nivel de inglés muy alto
    , tanto oral como escrito.

Será un plus si aportas:

  • Experiencia previa en
    CIB, Transaction Banking o Markets
    .
  • Conocimiento de frameworks de arquitectura y modelos de gobierno.
  • Experiencia impulsando
    plataformas compartidas y arquitecturas API-driven
    .
  • Visión estratégica combinada con capacidad de bajada a iniciativas concretas.
