Our network is vast. It connects over 100,000 users. It spans more than 15,000 devices. We use the latest in LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Data Center LAN technology.

Your Role:

• Provide Expertise: Offer technical support for connectivity. Resolve issues quickly. Keep the service steady.

• Implement Solutions: Lead new network projects. Implement these solutions across all Roche locations. From Campuses to Branch Offices, Data Centers to Manufacturing and Logistics sites.

• Drive Innovation: Work with cutting-edge technologies. Push forward our commitment to excellence and improvement.

Your Daily Tasks:

• Support and Troubleshoot: Keep our network  running smoothly. Fix issues. Ensure reliability.

• Collaborate and Advise: Work with everyone—technicians and non-technicians. Guide them. Offer advice throughout the lifecycle of connectivity solutions.

• Maintain and Improve: Keep the network up to standards. Suggest and make improvements as needed.

• Manage Changes: Handle changes without a hitch. Follow all Incident, Change, and Configuration Management processes.

• Work with Vendors: Ensure external vendors and service providers meet our high standards.

• Design and Implement: Create and deliver new connectivity solutions. Push the network forward.

What You Bring:

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

•  You bring over 3 years of experience as a Network Engineer. 

• You have supported, troubleshooted, and implemented large and complex data networks (LAN, DCLAN, WAN, Wireless).

• You have worked with external vendors and service providers, particularly telecom carriers.

• You are experienced with infrastructure automation, including automated provisioning of network devices.

• You can work flexible hours, handle occasional overtime, and participate in on-call duties.

• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
