Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis for Payments, Collections, Receivables, Cash Management, and
Trade APIs aligned to ISO 20022 and Open Banking/CBPR+ standards.
- Own AI governance for the squad: LLMOps policies, prompt/version control, data
minimization, model audit trails, and compliance readiness (PSD2, GDPR, DORA).
- Translate regulatory and business requirements into API-first designs, user stories,
process maps, and data models.
- Facilitate workshops with Product Owners, Architects, Security and Platform teams to
align on API contracts, schema registry usage, and monetization models.
- Define metrics, SLOs, and SLAs with Platform for global consistency; own policy and
governance artifacts for audits.
- Use AI-native tools (ChatGPT Enterprise, GitHub Copilot, Azure OpenAI) to accelerate
requirements, test-case generation and traceability.
- Coordinate API monetization and billing strategy with Platform, and ensure technical
enablement for metering and billing hooks.
- Support compliance and internal audit for AI features and production modelsQualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Certifications such as CBAP, API Specialist, Agile Product Owner, or AI Business Strategy.
Experience with data mesh, Kafka streaming, and schema registries.
Proficiency in English and Spanish (tested).
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
8+ years in financial services; 4+ years in API or BaaS transformation.
Strong knowledge of ISO pain.001/pain.002/pacs.008/camt.054), Open Banking,
and PSD2.
- Deep understanding of API security (OAuth 2.1, mTLS, OIDC) and data privacy (GDPR,
DORA).
- Experience with Apigee or IBM API Connect and schema governance for event-driven
platforms.
- Exposure to AI governance, LLMOps practices, and enterprise prompt engineering.
