Role Overview:
We're searching for a driven and results-focused Junior Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our digital advertising team. In this role, you'll collaborate with businesses to design impactful Google Ads strategies that elevate their online presence and drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recommend tailored digital advertising solutions that support each client's business objectives
Meet individual performance goals while actively contributing to overall team success
Build lasting, consultative partnerships by offering strategic guidance and ongoing support
Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform campaign development
Optimize advertising efforts to maximize performance and return on investment

Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch (C2 level)
- Fluency in English (C1 level)
- Minimum one year of experience in sales or marketing
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
