Responsible for common tasks found across multiple sources include: Receiving & inspecting shipments: unloading trucks, verifying items against invoices, and checking for damage or discrepancies, Inventory management: accurately tracking stock, conducting cycle counts, managing space utilization. Order picking, packing & shipping: selecting items using pick lists or scanners, packing with proper labeling and protection, preparing shipping documents. Material handling: operating forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks to move and stack goods. Logistics coordination: loading/unloading containers, organizing shipments, maintaining documentation. Warehouse upkeep: keeping aisles and docks clean, safe, and organized. Compliance & safety: following health & safety regulations, using PPE, reporting equipment issues.
Your Impact
- Receive and verify shipments; inspect for damage and accuracy
- Utilize forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
- Organize warehouse layout and optimize space utilization Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock counts
- Clean and maintain warehouse areas, reporting hazards
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Your Experience And Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift certification and warehouse experience preferred
- Proficient with warehouse systems and basic IT tools
- Physical stamina for lifting and manual handling
