Job Summary
At WeHunt, we are looking for a
Financial Controller / Finance Administrator
specialized in both corporate and operational financial management for one of our end clients. The role involves active participation in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, payroll management, as well as sales and P&L forecasting.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and tech-driven, with strong command of Power BI and Excel. A very high level of English is essential.
Main Responsibilities
- Dual reporting line to both the local management team in Spain and the Group Controller at the European level.
- Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and control employee expenses and bonuses.
- Assist in the preparation of comprehensive budgets and financial forecasts (sales and P&L).
- Perform administrative financial tasks.
- Collaborate with all departments to support financial activities.
- Take on various accounting tasks currently outsourced.
Requirements and Skills
- Up to 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in an audit or financial consulting environment (Big 4 background preferred, though not mandatory).
- Advanced command of Power BI and Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Proactive, technology-oriented, and solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple tasks independently and responsibly.
- High and fluent level of English.
