Desde Adsearch España buscamos un/a AP Specialist para incorporarse a un entorno multinacional dinámico y exigente. La persona seleccionada será responsable de la gestión diaria del área de Cuentas a Pagar y de las actividades de cierre contable, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con distintos equipos internos y garantizando el cumplimiento de un sólido marco de control interno.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Asegurar la correcta cobertura de todas las tareas del área de AP.
- Ejecutar las operaciones diarias del área: procesamiento de facturas y gastos de viaje (T&E), ejecución de pagos y gestión de consultas de proveedores.
- Participar activamente en el cierre mensual: conciliaciones intercompany, conciliaciones de cuentas de AP, provisiones, análisis de antigüedad de saldos, etc.
- Preparar y reportar mensualmente indicadores y métricas del área.
- Colaborar con el equipo de Contabilidad General (G/L) proporcionando la información necesaria para los cierres financieros y reportes corporativos.
- Ejecutar controles SOX y asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de control interno.
- Analizar los servicios de Accounts Payable prestados a las distintas unidades de negocio y liderar iniciativas de mejora continua, estandarización y optimización de procesos dentro de un marco de SLA.
Requisitos del puesto:
- Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas o similar.
- Experiencia de 1 a 3 años en funciones de AP en entorno multinacional.
- Sólidos conocimientos de Cuentas a Pagar, Contabilidad General, Procesos Transaccionales y resolución de incidencias, Controles Internos y normativa SOX.
- Experiencia en análisis de procesos y mejora continua.
- Manejo avanzado de Excel.
- Experiencia con sistemas ERP.

- Alto nivel de precisión y orientación al detalle.
- Capacidad para trabajar con autonomía, bajo presión y con plazos ajustados.
- Habilidades de planificación, organización y resolución de problemas.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Español e inglés fluido, oral y escrito.
