*Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery:*
Lead and supervise a variety of sports and recreational activities, delivering exceptional experiences for all guests.

Guest Engagement:
Motivate and guide guests to participate in activities, ensuring a dynamic and enjoyable environment.

Well-being Focus:
Make a positive impact on guests' overall well-being through tailored sports and recreation programs.

Facility Management:
Maintain the safety, cleanliness, and organization of all sports and recreation facilities.

Team Collaboration:
Work as part of the Sports & Recreation team to create memorable experiences for all sports lovers.

Qualifications & Experience
Certification in fitness training, sports science, or related field.

Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus (Russian, German, French).

Proven experience leading sports or fitness activities in resorts, gyms, or wellness centers.

Strong interpersonal and motivational skills with a guest-focused approach.
