You will play a vital role in our finance department, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our daily financial operations. Working closely with the Senior Accountant, you will help maintain a seamless flow of data across our platforms, supporting the business as we scale and innovate in the education sector.

• Own Transactional Accuracy: Assist in processing vendor invoices with precision, ensuring proper coding and approvals within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Precoro.

• Manage Cash Cycles: Support payment runs, organize vendor documentation, and perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts and corporate credit cards.

• Maintain the Ledger: Support Accounts Receivable and Payable reconciliations to ensure accuracy in our collections and payment workflows.

• Monitor Budgets: Oversee the administrative review of purchase orders and track spending against departmental budgets.

• Support the Close: Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing journal entries and maintaining balance sheet schedules.

• Drive Process Excellence: Help maintain internal procedure documents in Notion and gather documentation to support our team during audit periods.

• Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .

• Early Career Experience: 0–2 years of experience in an accounting role or internship, ideally within a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.

• Accounting Fluency: A solid understanding of full-cycle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and general ledger principles.

• Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are second nature to you). Bonus points if you've used already and ERP like Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or SAP.

• Sharp Attention to Detail: An eagle eye for accuracy in data entry and a commitment to high-quality work.

• Growth Mindset: A proactive, "eager to learn" attitude with the organizational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic, evolving setting.

English is a must: We're a multicultural team providing a service in English, so while certifications aren't necessary, fluency is essential. As a fully remote company, clear and effective spoken and written communication—especially in asynchronous, long-form formats—is key to collaborating successfully.
