What You'll Do
You'll lead all production and technical activities in our Lleida plant, ensuring cost-effective, efficient operations that meet quality standards and sales commitments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing multi-shift production operations and integrating processes for continuity and balance.
• Overseeing maintenance and repair planning, including CAPEX projects, to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the plant.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is responsible, accountable, and ready to

. Someone with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a passion for operational excellence. You'll also need:

• Bachelor's degree with 8–10 years' experience in production/operations management.
• Proven experience in maintenance planning, production scheduling, and cost control.
• Strong leadership and people management skills to motivate and develop teams.
• Knowledge of HSE and quality compliance standards.
• Ability to manage OPEX/CAPEX budgets and deliver efficiency gains.
