Profile:
3–6 years of experience in recruitment.
Comfortable managing the full recruitment cycle.
Used to working in international environments.
Able to handle multiple roles in parallel.
Native Spanish speaker with a good level of English.
Based in Valencia, hybrid setup.
Scope:
Corporate and banking roles (head office functions, middle office, support, etc.).
Daily partnership with hiring managers.
Continuous improvement and structuring of the recruitment process.
Coordination and follow-up of candidates through to onboarding.
Assignment details:
Full-time RPO mission.
Start date: ASAP.
