Release Manager / DevOps
que lidere el despliegue global a producción y gestione la integración tecnológica de nuevos proveedores de software que se sumarán en los próximos meses.


Modalidad:
Full remote (posible desplazamiento a Manresa 1 vez al mes)


Duración:
6 meses renovables

Freelance a través de Shakers

Qué harás

  • Planificación y coordinación de releases:
    Definir el calendario de releases con los equipos de desarrollo, QA, operaciones y negocio; coordinar milestones y dependencias; mantener visibilidad del progreso y estado de cada release.
  • Gestión del ciclo de vida del release:
    Garantizar que cada entrega cumpla criterios de calidad y documentación, gestionar change approval process y go/no-go meetings; supervisar entornos de preproducción y producción.
  • Comunicación y reporting:
    Ser el punto central entre equipos técnicos y de negocio; publicar informes de estado y métricas de releases; documentar lecciones aprendidas y aplicar mejoras continuas.
  • Gestión de riesgos:
    Identificar y mitigar riesgos asociados a despliegues; definir planes de contingencia y rollback.

Experiencia y conocimientos

  • 5+ años en gestión de versiones, integración continua o entornos DevOps.
  • Experiencia con herramientas como
    Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps
    o similares.
  • Conocimiento sólido de control de versiones (Git), automatización de despliegues, gestión de entornos y monitorización.
  • Comprensión de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban) y de gestión ITIL o similar.

Habilidades blandas

  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicación y coordinación.
  • Enfoque analítico, orientado a la calidad y resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples stakeholders simultáneamente.
