Boat Charter Menorca (BCM) is the leading company offering premium yacht and boat charter services in Menorca. The company now added "Menorca Yacht Broker (MYB)" to its portfolio as a luxury yacht brokerage specializing in representing iconic Italian yacht brands, including Ferretti Yachts, Pershing, Itama, and Riva, in the picturesque setting of Menorca. BCM prides itself on its expertise in providing premium yachting solutions to clients, ensuring excellent service and a seamless experience. The company is building the capabilities around brokerage which includes a modern luxurious retail space with an upmarket italian Bistro.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales and Operations agent to join on-site in Mahón for the summer. Typically mid-May to mid-September. The person will oversee the sales effort and personally respond to most requests that are coming in via WhatsApp, charter portals, phone or E-mail and offer suitable products for the client.

Also the person will manage pre-registration and check-in of clients during the season on site as well as prepare multi-day charters where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Command of Spanish and English Language, French would be a plus
  • Ability to live through seasonal intense work without losing track or energy
  • Experience in 5* hotels would be a good preparation
  • No prior yachting experience needed - just ability to learn and apply quickly
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to meet client needs and maintain professional relationships
  • Command of Google Workspace applications such as Sheets, experience with CRM system is a plus
  • Self-motivated, detail- and client-oriented, and capable of working effectively within a team
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools
