YOUR MISSION

As a Finance Intern, your main mission will be to take full ownership of resolving finance-related inquiries and issues from our partners, directly contributing to their satisfaction and enhancing their experience through clear communication and efficient problem-solving. You will also play a key role in supporting the business unit's financial performance by conducting financial analyses, assisting commercial teams, contributing to debt collection efforts, and driving process improvements.

THE JOURNEY

• Work with international teams across 10 European and African markets, building stakeholder management skills and gaining exposure to pricing, accounting, and finance analytics.
• Perform financial analyses on debt, pricing, and profitability to support decision-making.
• Drive finance process improvements that enhance the Partner Experience, including market launches.
• Own the Finance PSAT metric and implement measures to boost partner satisfaction.
• Support payment collection, including negotiating terms with partners.
• Act as first-line support for partner issues related to pricing, invoicing, and payments, coordinating with Commercial and Global Finance as needed.

Foster a collaborative environment within the team, sharing knowledge and insights specific to Italian markets to drive collective growth and development.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Data-driven - comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets. Excel/Google Sheets knowledge is mandatory
• Proactiveness, reliability and autonomy to manage tasks independently
• Highly adaptable and capable of learning new skills in a dynamic setting
• Prior experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, or Customer Support is a strong plus
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal (mandatory)
• Availability for a 6-month full-time paid internship
