Summary

As a Workforce Software consultant, you will be able to develop your expertise, work among an experienced team by carrying out large-scale projects involving the deployment of the Workforce Software application for our clients.

Your role as a consultant will involve understanding and analyzing our client's needs to configure and program the Workforce software and its modules. 

Responsibilities

• Participate or lead workshops to gather requirements from functional business owners;
• Write and maintain necessary functional and technical documentation;
• Be the point of contact throughout the project cycle and lead client meetings to determine deadlines, resolve concerns and provide updates;
• Configure WorkForce Software Suite, including time attendance modules;
• Design and build integration with HCM, Payroll and finance systems;
• Educate clients on the best practices in deployment and implementation of the software;
• Conduct customer training workshops or software support;
• Assist clients with user acceptance testing along with roll out and go-live activities such as conversion loads and system initialization;
• Train users and provide the necessary support;
• Actively perform knowledge sharing with team members.

As a consultant, you will also:

• Identify obstacles and issues, as well as action and mitigation plans;
• Collaborate in preparing offers of services or determine potential strategic clients;
• Participate in mentoring and developing Workforce team members;
• Identify functional, technical and strategic orientations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in IT related field;
• Ideally 3 years of experience with Workforce management applications (Time and attendance, Scheduling);
• Previous experience in implementation or deployment projects, especially with Workforce Software is an asset;
• Experience in Integration to Payroll and HR systems is a strong asset; 
• Knowledge of SQL and writing SQL queries;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Bilingual (English and French) is a plus;
• Previous experience in a consulting position is an asset;
• Willingness to travel 25-50%;
• Ability to work under pressure on simultaneous assignments;
• Ability to adapt;
• Ability and capacity to manage priorities.
