: Contact with educational centers to attract the best talent.

Onboarding
: Support in the onboarding of new employees.

Training
: Monitoring attendance and documentation.
5.
Communication
: Collaborating in the drafting of internal announcements. Support in organizing corporate events. Support in social media communication.

Employer Branding
: Support in promoting the brand. Support in CSR strategy.
7.
Well-being and engagement
: Support initiatives related to employee well-being and engagement.
Requirements:

Human Resources Master
or advanced student in related fields
Psychology, Labor Relations, or Business Administration
