Actualmente buscamos un/a
FRANCHISE ASSISTANT
que dará soporte al área de
Franchising LATAM
, trabajando de forma transversal con diferentes equipos y franquiciados desde nuestra sede en Madrid.

FUNCIONES

  • Soporte administrativo y operativo al área de
    Franchising
    , en colaboración directa con el Franchise Manager.
  • Apoyo en la gestión diaria de las
    franquicias de LATAM
    , asegurando el cumplimiento de procesos y estándares de marca.
  • Gestión y actualización de
    documentación contractual
    y archivos administrativos.
  • Seguimiento y recopilación de Budget,
    KPIs, ventas, inventarios, logística, importación e informes periódicos
    .
  • Apoyo en
    aperturas, renovaciones y proyectos
    vinculados a franquicias.
  • Seguimiento de
    pedidos
    , incidencias y soporte en la coordinación con franquiciados y equipos internos.

REQUISITOS

  • Formación superior relevante (ADE, ventas o similares).
  • Experiencia previa en gestión o soporte administrativo de franquicias
    en
    retail
    .
  • Buenos conocimientos de Excel.
  • Muy valorable experiencia trabajando con
    franquicias en LATAM
    .
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, organizada y con atención al detalle.
  • Inglés B2+
