COLURi is a luxury jewelry brand built on confidence, self-expression, and craftsmanship.
We are hiring a Senior Video Editor – Luxury & Performance to own and scale our video output across performance marketing and brand channels. This is an in-house role based at our HQ in Gràcia, working closely with the founders and design team.
The Role
Jewelry editing is a game of millimeters. Sparkle, reflection, pacing, and hero frames matter more here than in apparel.
You will be responsible for turning high-end campaign footage and raw UGC into high-performing, brand-elevating video assets across paid and organic channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Precision jewelry editing – selecting flawless frames where the product truly shines. You understand that jewelry requires a higher level of visual discipline than general fashion content.
• Performance-driven creative testing – building and iterating multiple versions of each video to test hooks, emotional arcs, pacing, and psychological anchors that drive top-tier performance.
• UGC elevation – transforming raw creator content and testimonials into polished, credible, high-converting social proof.
• Brand stewardship – ensuring every output, from Meta ads to organic TikToks, feels premium, bold, and aligned with COLURi's luxury brand codes.
• AI-augmented workflows – leveraging tools such as ChatGPT / Gemini for ideation and scripting, ElevenLabs for voiceovers, and AI-assisted sound design to scale creative intelligently.
• Cross-team collaboration – working closely with founders, designers, and performance marketers, contributing creative insight to business and growth decisions.
Requirements
This is a senior, hands-on role.
• 3–5+ years of professional video editing experience in fashion or luxury (jewelry experience is a strong plus)
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong working knowledge of After Effects (motion, typography, transitions)
• Proven experience with color grading using DaVinci Resolve or equivalent tools
• Deep understanding of short-form performance structures (hook, retention, emotional storytelling)
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Must already have the legal right to work in Spain and be registered (or willing to register) as Autónomo
This role is not suitable for junior editors or generalist content creators.
