Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evangelise the AI Product Roadmap:
  Define and execute product strategy across the Group, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable value creation.
• Establish Product Management Excellence:
  Build and mature product management capabilities within the IAG Transform AI Team.
• Foster Curiosity and Business Collaboration:
  Instil curiosity across all Product Squads, around the MRO business and internal customer behaviours, bringing an associated co-location and travel-oriented mindset
• Influence & Align Across OpCos:
  Drive consensus and standardization of AI products across multiple operating companies, balancing diverse priorities.
• Leadership & Collaboration:
  Act as a key member of the AI Leadership Team, partnering with senior stakeholders to accelerate adoption and scale impact.
• Innovation & Delivery:
  Oversee the lifecycle of AI products—from ideation to deployment—ensuring they meet user needs and deliver tangible business outcomes.
• Drive value-based prioritisation:
  ensure prioritisation of agents and other AI products from multiple sources is aligned to impact, viability and tangible value potential

What We're Looking For

• Proven Product Leadership:
  Extensive experience in digital product ownership or management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• C-Suite Credibility and Gravitas:
  Proven credibility in engaging with C-Suite, along with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Influencing and Negotiation Skills:
  Exceptional ability to manage competing priorities and secure buy-in across diverse business units.
• AI Expertise:
  Strong understanding of AI technologies, including ML, LLMs, and generative AI, and their application in enterprise contexts.
• Strategic Mindset:
  Ability to translate business goals into product strategies that deliver measurable financial impact.
• Execution Excellence:
  Skilled in agile methodologies, product road-mapping, and driving adoption at scale.
• Domain Expertise
  desirable: knowledge of the airline industry and specifically the MRO Domain will be an advantage

Required Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

Experience and Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or ownership, ideally in digital technology or AI-driven environments.
• Track record of delivering high-value products in large, complex organizations, ideally FTSE100 Group enterprises or similar
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to link product success to financial outcomes.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
