Job Purpose:

To promote products and support sales in retail stores, engaging with customers, demonstrating items, and helping with stock forecasting.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate TD SYNNEX products of the assigned vendor in the store
  • Showcase product features and benefits to customers
  • Provide hands-on demonstrations to encourage trial and purchase
  • Answer questions and provide product-related information
  • Promote special offers and upsell related products
  • Assist in achieving daily or weekly sales targets
  • Maintain clean and well-stocked displays
  • Observe customer behavior and preferences
  • Collect and report customer feedback according to vendor goals
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock
  • Support procurement forecasting by monitoring stock levels and sales trends
  • Maintain daily activity logs or sales reports
  • Share performance updates with supervisors

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Entry Level (0 to 1 Years of relevant work experience)
  • High School Graduate ESO is required
  • High School Graduate ESO Preferred
  • Very good product knowledge: Understanding the product well enough to answer questions and highlight benefits.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and explain product features in a simple and engaging way
  • Basic reporting skills: Ability to record interactions, sales, and feedback clearly and reliably
  • Effective Communication Skills: Flexibility to handle different customer types, store environments, and unexpected situations
  • Good relationship building: Friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude to create a positive shopping experience
  • Sales Orientation: Confidence in promoting products and encouraging purchases without being pushy
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well with store staff, supervisors, and other promoters.
  • Time management: Punctuality and efficiency in managing tasks during short shifts or busy periods
  • Attention to detail: Keeping displays neat, noticing low stock, and reporting issues accurately
