Descripción:

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones principales?

  • Tramitarás el alta de los clientes.
  • Gestionarás y llevarás un seguimiento de los pedidos de los clientes asignados desde la recepción del

pedido hasta la entrega y facturación.

  • Informarás a comercial y clientes de roturas de stock, incidencias o disponibilidad del producto.
  • Gestionarás las incidencias que puedan surgir con pedidos.
  • Atenderás las consultas de los clientes relativas a sus pedido, así como del equipo comercial para el seguimiento de los mismos.
  • Gestionarás los acuerdos establecidos entre delegado comercial con los médicos.
  • Reportarás periódicamente al responsable de supply chain.
Requisitos:

¿Qué necesitas para poder avanzar en esta vacante?

  • Ciclo Formativo de grado medio/ superior. FPI/FP II.
  • Experiencia de al menos 1 año en funciones similares.
  • Nivel alto en office, principalmente en Microsoft Excel.
  • Valorable inglés/francés.
