Our transfer solutions are underpinned by our company wide commitment to providing a first class customer experience 24 hours a day , 365 days a year.
We currently require a Duty Officer to join our team and who will be responsible for managing all emergency situations that affect the service to Beniconnect customers.
Your main priorities will be to provide immediate solutions to any issues that may arise and provide outstanding customer service whilst ensuring minimum cost and risk to the business. This service is operated between the hours of 21:00hours to 09:00hours and is based in the Beniconnect offices in Benidorm. The duty officers will work on a rota basis and will be expected to work weekends and bank holidays
Full training on systems, processes and procedures to be given prior to commencement of the role.
A highly competitive salary will be offered to the successful candidates.
KEY SKILLS:
Fluency in Spanish and English both written and spoken. Other languages such as German, Dutch, Norwegian and Swedish would be useful but are not a requirement.
Previous experience of working in a customer service and/or the travel industry.
Excellent communication skills. You will be working very closely with our transport, reservation and airport departments:
The ability to work under pressure.
The capacity to make quick decisions based on all the facts is vital as well as taking into account the impact of these decisions on our customers and the business.
