Dentro de GRM, el área de Risk Transformation es la encargada de impulsar la

transformación del área de GRM a nivel global, soportada en una serie de programas estratégicos.

Se requiere incorporar un rol de liderazgo estratégico en la ejecución de proyectos globales y transversales.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Liderar la ejecución de proyectos globales y transversales dentro del programa Risk Transformation, asegurando resultados sostenibles y alineados con la estrategia del Grupo.

  • Impulsar la adopción de modelos operativos basados en datos, integrando analítica avanzada y automatización en los procesos críticos de riesgos.

  • Coordinar con equipos globales y locales multidisciplinares para garantizar la

escalabilidad y consistencia de las iniciativas.

  • Supervisar la calidad de los datos, los modelos de gobernanza y el cumplimiento normativo.

  • Liderar, inspirar y desarrollar al equipo de Risk Transformation, fomentando la

colaboración, la innovación y la vinculación de largo plazo.

  • Actuar como interlocutor clave entre las diferentes geografías y unidades de Riesgos dentro del Holding BBVA, garantizando una ejecución integrada de los proyectos.

  • Reportar avances, métricas de impacto y resultados.

About the job:

Perfil del Candidato/a

  • Formación: Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Economía, Finanzas o afines.

  • Experiencia: Más de 10 años en gestión de riesgos, transformación digital o

procesos dentro del sector financiero.

  • Experiencia demostrada en proyectos globales de riesgo o transformación

operativa con fuerte orientación a datos.

  • Nivel de inglés: Alto.

  • Disponibilidad para viajar

  • Conocimientos técnicos:

  • ADA y ecosistema de herramientas del ámbito de Riesgos.

  • Gestión y calidad de datos, automatización de procesos y plataformas de

transformación digital.

  • Metodologías de gestión de proyectos (Agile)

  • Competencias clave:

  • Liderazgo inspirador y estratégico.

  • Capacidad de influencia transversal en entornos multiculturales.
  • Habilidades de comunicación y presentación a nivel ejecutivo.
  • Pensamiento analítico y data-driven, con capacidad de traducir datos en

conocimiento accionable.

  • Proactividad, autonomía y orientación a resultados.
  • Adaptabilidad e interés por la innovación en proyectos emergentes.
