The role

We are looking for a Project Manager based in LATAM to lead the rollout of Loyal Guru's SaaS platform across mid-to-large multinational retail companies.

You will own the client relationship throughout the integration process, ensuring a smooth and successful experience from start to finish.

This position follows a LATAM working schedule, offering flexibility and collaboration across international teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of tightly scoped, mid-to-large SaaS rollout projects, managing scope, timelines, and risks to ensure delivery meets contractual commitments.

Engage with senior stakeholders, providing clear and confident communication while building trust and credibility in multicultural, remote-first environments.

Act as the main point of contact for client delivery, developing long-term relationships through empathy, clarity, and evidence-based communication.

Conduct discovery sessions with clients (during presales or project phases) to understand business objectives and define delivery roadmaps with both technical and business stakeholders.

Prioritize roadmaps based on business value and risk, enabling early releases and continuous delivery of value.

Coordinate internal and external delivery tasks, driving progress and removing blockers

Serve as the bridge between our engineering team and the client's technical team, leading change management and ensuring fast problem resolution.

Track project health with accurate reporting, including risk management, budget tracking, resource needs, and delivery outcomes.

Prepare weekly and monthly project summaries for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure all project invoicing accurately reflects the resource and time invested.

Protect project focus by diplomatically minimizing unproductive distractions or ad-hoc meetings.

Requirements

Location: LATAM (remote-friendly position).

Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish, English (C1) and other language is a plus .

Experience: Proven experience in Retail (mandatory).

Strong background in software implementation or integration projects, ideally within SaaS environments.

Experience managing complex IT projects involving multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Proficiency in project planning and tracking tools.

Knowledge of PMBOK best practices (PMP certification preferred).

Highly organized, structured, and proactive professional with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent relationship builder, able to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
