As a member of QnityTax organization, the individual performing this job is responsible for performing the role of Transfer Pricing Analyst for a variety of businesses and subsidiaries in any of the regions. 

• The Global Transfer Pricing Analyst is responsible for setting the transfer price of related-party transactions in all regions in compliance with Qnity Transfer Pricing policy & guidelines, maintaining financial data in the Transfer Pricing Systems, monitoring subsidiaries´ profit level indicators per Qnity Global Transfer Pricing Policy & guidelines and initiating appropriate corrective actions.
• S/He is expected to provide input and support to the Global Transfer Pricing Team searching for improvements to the process.
• S/He will be asked to participate in various projects for the purpose of improving process efficiencies and effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Calculate / set transfer prices for the transfers for all the regions in compliance with the Qnity Transfer Price policy & guidelines.
• Ensure proper Distributions Agreements are in place for all Legal Entities.
• Monitor tested parties as per Qnity Transfer Price policy & guidelines.
• Maintain the Transfer Price systems.
• Perform SAP month-end activities.
• Run monthly TPE closing process.
• Run monthly reports in TPE.
• Support Tax organization in all regions with transfer price documentation, particularly during tax audits.
• Provide input and support to the Global TP Team searching for improvements to the process.
• Participate in special projects (SAP implementation, supply chain optimization, business integration/separation, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• SAP Knowledge FI-CO is a must. ML is desired.
• University Degree (Finance, Business or Accounting).
• Business proficiency in English a must + another ECC language.
• Green belt certification is a plus.
• Sound knowledge of basic tax principles.
• Microsoft Office Knowledge (excel is a must).
• Power BI and Alteryx is desired.
• Good Analytical skills
• Continuous improvement focused
• Results-oriented.
• Initiative and independent (able to make quick/reliable decisions on month end closing)
• Interpersonal skills and networking.
