, en plena expansión nacional e internacional.

Buscamos un/a profesional con
sólida experiencia en proyectos industriales,
capaz de liderar obras complejas, coordinar equipos multidisciplinares y aportar
soluciones técnicas de alto nivel,
para incorporarse en la oficina de
Paterna, Valencia.

Misión del puesto:

El objetivo principal del puesto es
liderar y gestionar proyectos de ingeniería industrial y logística
, asegurando el cumplimiento técnico, económico y de plazos, y contribuyendo al crecimiento y consolidación de la empresa en sectores industriales estratégicos, tanto a
nivel nacional como internacional.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Desarrollo y redacción de proyectos de ingeniería industrial.
  • Dirección y seguimiento de obras industriales y logísticas,
    asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos, costes y calidad.
  • Coordinación con
    clientes, proveedores y contratistas,
    manteniendo comunicación fluida y relaciones estratégicas.
  • Control técnico, económico y de plazos
    de los proyectos.
  • Revisión de estructuras, instalaciones, obra civil y sistemas MEP.
  • Apoyo técnico en licitaciones y elaboración de ofertas comerciales.
  • Supervisión de la
    ejecución de proyectos según normativa y estándares de seguridad.
  • Gestión de equipos multidisciplinares y coordinación con departamentos internos.
  • Análisis de riesgos y propuestas de soluciones técnicas
    ante incidencias en obra.
  • Participación en reuniones de
    seguimiento con clientes
    y dirección de obra.
  • Implementación de mejoras en procesos de ingeniería y construcción para optimizar resultados.

Perfil requerido:

  • Titulación en
    Ingeniería
    (Industrial, Civil, Edificación o similar).
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en proyectos industriales y construcción
    , con experiencia demostrable en naves logísticas y edificios industriales.
  • Capacidad de autonomía, liderazgo y toma de decisiones.
  • Conocimiento de
    AutoCAD
    y herramientas estándar de ingeniería; experiencia en
    BIM
    será un plus.
  • Nivel alto de
    inglés.
