We're looking for a Senior Consultant in Pricing & Reimbursement and Market Access, to join our dynamic team at Omakase Consulting (Spain)

We're on the hunt for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in Pricing & Reimbursement (P&R), strategic Market Access in Spain, and Health Economics. If you're passionate about making a difference, this is your chance to shine

Your mission

Drive Innovation & Lead the Way
 
As our Senior Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of exciting initiatives:
  • Lead, coordinate, and execute high-value projects in the field of P&R and Market Access for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and public health sectors. 
  • Design and implement national and regional market access strategies for both pipeline and marketed products. 
  • Generate and analyse evidence and develop materials such as value dossiers, presentations, and briefings. 
  • Conduct Health Economics studies, including budget impact analyses, economic evaluations, and cost-effectiveness model adaptations.


Your profile

Are You the One We're Looking For?

We're seeking a talented individual with:
  • Prior experience in strategic consulting (preferred) and/or the pharmaceutical industry in the key activities outlined for the role is essential. 
  • Degree in Economics or Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, Biotechnology, etc.). 
  • Postgraduate studies (PhD, Master's), training in Health Economics, and scientific publications will be positively valued. 
  • Solid knowledge and practical experience of the Spanish healthcare system, pharmaceutical policy landscape, key structures, and stakeholders. 
  • High level of commitment, responsibility, and strong work ethic. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English. 
  • Strong team collaboration skills. 
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. 
  • Flexibility, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude. 
  • Enthusiasm for working and learning in a scientific and excellence-driven environment.
