About the role

Build the Future of Drug Development with Biorce

We're looking for a Digital Designer to join our creative and marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of impactful visual projects and contribute to the growth of a fast-evolving AI-driven biotech environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Creation of digital assets for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
  • Design and maintain visually engaging presentations and documents for sales, marketing, and executive communication, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
  • Use and adapt Figma templates to develop cohesive visual systems and design layouts.
  • Develop and execute creative concepts for digital communication.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing teams to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute strategic design insights.
  • Manage and maintain the company's design asset library, templates, and visual guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in digital design or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma (daily use for templates, presentations, and design systems).
  • Solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required; After Effects or Premiere is a plus).
  • Excellent understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and brand systems.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and organized, with a proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment.
