Funciones
Buscamos un Senior Front End Software Developer altamente competente para integrarse a nuestro equipo y contribuir al escalado de activos de IA y al desarrollo de soluciones innovadoras basadas en Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) y Document Understanding.

Formarás parte de un equipo multidisciplinario que trabaja en la intersección de LLMs, arquitecturas agentic, e integración de aplicaciones, impulsando el futuro de soluciones basadas en IA.

Funciones:

  • Desarrollar interfaces front end intuitivas, escalables y altamente responsivas utilizando React.
  • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios (IA, backend, producto, diseño) para construir aplicaciones y soluciones impulsadas por inteligencia artificial.
  • Integrar tecnologías emergentes de IA, incluyendo Large Language Models (LLMs), arquitecturas de agentes y flujos de RAG.
  • Participar en el diseño y desarrollo de productos enfocados en Document Understanding y funcionalidades AI-driven.
  • Garantizar la calidad del software mediante buenas prácticas, patrones escalables y enfoque en mantenibilidad.
  • Contribuir al ciclo completo de vida del desarrollo: diseño, implementación, pruebas y despliegue.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia comprobada como Full Stack o Front End Developer, con dominio sólido de React.
  • Conocimientos profundos de LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector stores y conceptos relacionados con IA/ML.
  • Experiencia en el diseño de soluciones escalables, fiables y mantenibles.
  • Familiaridad con integraciones y desarrollo de aplicaciones que utilizan modelos generativos.
  • Capacidad demostrada para trabajar de forma autónoma, proactiva y orientada a resultados.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo colaborativo.
  • Nivel fluido de inglés.
