Tareas / Responsabilidades principales:

  • Planificar, programar y coordinar las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo de la planta
  • Analizar los historiales de mantenimiento y datos técnicos para optimizar la disponibilidad de los equipos.
  • Elaborar órdenes de trabajo y asegurar que los recursos estén disponibles.
  • Coordinar con ingeniería, producción y proveedores para minimizar paradas de producción.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de procedimientos de seguridad, normativas y estándares de calidad.
  • Preparar reportes de mantenimiento, KPIs y seguimiento de costos.
  • Apoyar en la planificación a largo plazo de paradas programadas y proyectos de mantenimiento.

Requisitos / Perfil del candidato:

  • Formación: CFGS en Mantenimiento Industrial, Electromecánica, Mecánica, Química Industrial o similar, valorable ingeniería.
  • Experiencia: Experiencia previa en planificación de mantenimiento, preferiblemente en industria química, petroquímica o industrial.
  • Habilidades: Capacidad analítica y de planificación, organización y gestión del tiempo, trabajo en equipo y comunicación efectiva, proactividad para anticipar necesidades y resolver problemas.
