Your mission:

We are looking for a talented and
experienced Graphic Designer
to join our dynamic marketing team at our B2B SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of
three years of experience in graphic design, specifically within a marketing environment
. This role requires a creative professional who excels at collaborating with others to maintain and elevate our brand's visual identity, consistently delivering high-quality visual content. Experience in creating engaging video content and presentation design (Google Slides or PowerPoint) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials
  , including digital ads, social media content, email campaigns, landing pages, presentations, and more.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute
  creative strategies that align with our brand and business goals
  .
• Maintain and update the visual aspects of our brand guidelines
  to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Design and maintain visually consistent decks and sales presentations
  (ROI decks, success cases, webinars, etc.) to support marketing and sales efforts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into the design process.
• Utilize feedback from stakeholders to improve and refine designs and videos.
• Work closely with product and sales teams to understand product features and benefits, translating them into compelling visual content.
• Uphold and enhance our brand's visual identity, ensuring that all visual elements align with our strategic goals. This includes consistently producing high-quality visual content that resonates with our target audience, strengthens our brand presence, and supports our overall marketing efforts.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience in graphic design
  , preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in Figma or Sketch.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar design and video editing tools.
• Proficiency in Google Slides or PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong portfolio
  showcasing a range of graphic design and video content projects.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to create both static and dynamic content that aligns with marketing strategies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail, with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• English level B2 or higher

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic web design tasks.
• Experience in creating content for various social media platforms and understanding their specific requirements and best practices.
• Content video creation for product demonstrations, promotional videos, webinars, social media, and other marketing channels.
