The Skin Lounge 012 is an integral part of the MiiN Cosmetics family, sharing the same passion for Korean beauty and commitment to excellence. Together, we develop our own brands, Ondo Beauty 36.5 and Meisani, combining Korean innovation with European expertise to create unique products that transform beauty routines into exceptional moments.

As our presence grows across Europe and beyond, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our design team. You will bring a keen eye for aesthetics, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once, supporting the creative development of visual materials for TSL's brands across both digital and physical channels.

Responsibilities

Design Support & Creative Execution

  • Support the design team in creating digital and offline assets.
  • Develop visual materials specific to TSL's brands.
  • Create digital assets for social media and marketplaces.
  • Design and adapt packaging in line with brand guidelines.
  • Develop POS materials for campaigns and activations.
  • Produce graphic materials for trade shows and events.
  • Provide creative support during brand photoshoots.
  • Collaborate with senior designers to conceptualize and execute projects aligned with brand objectives.
  • Prepare final artwork for print and digital distribution.
  • Organize project files and documentation to ensure workflow efficiency.

Innovation & Trend Awareness

  • Participate in creative sessions and propose innovative ideas.
  • Stay updated on design trends and best practices to continuously enhance output.
Requirements:

What we are looking for

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience, preferably in creative agencies.
  • Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
  • Knowledge of print production processes; motion graphics and video editing are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma.
  • Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Portfolio is required (applications without portfolio will not be considered).
