Responsibilities
Your role as a Program Assistant will involve:
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a set of Master's programs and ensuring the quality of our programs.
- Work with diverse stakeholders including students, professors, and IE staff (planning, documentation, etc.
- Manage the logistics of the program deliveries: caterings, organisation of extracurricular events (dinners, visits, etc.) and travel arrangements.
- Attend and support the students and professors on a daily basis, managing a high volume of e-mail and responding to student queries
- Process expense reports, liaise and coordinate with other departments (Administration, Registrar, Planning, Careers…).
- Compile and update databases with student information.
- Contribute to the preparation and edition of internal reports.
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency helpful, but not required.
- Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented and multi-tasking.
- Strong desire to work in a multicultural environment, enjoy interacting with students and provide outstanding customer service.
- Knowledge of audiovisual equipment (is an asset).
