The Mission

As a Senior Backend Engineer at BLP Digital, your mission is to build real, impactful features that automate critical ERP processes for global businesses.

You'll work hands-on in a domain-driven team, owning the backend logic from database to API, and turning complex workflows into clean, reliable code.

Your Impact
Own critical parts of the codebase end-to-end, deeply understanding business domains.Mentor junior engineers, contribute to system architecture, and drive performance improvements.Build meaningful features that automate core processes in finance, procurement, logistics, and sales for leading companies worldwide. You have 3+ years of experience building backend systems, ideally in fast-paced product environments.You're strong in object-oriented programming (Java, , or ideally Go) and comfortable working across the stack — from database to API.You enjoy building real features that solve real business problems — not just tinkering with architecture.You love working in a collaborative team, taking ownership of your code, and pushing for clean, maintainable solutions.Your growth-minded, proactive, and excited by the challenges of working in a scaling startup.You thrive in a startup culture where you can have an impact, learn fast, and make things happen.More Information

Technical environment :
Proficient in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web services using Golang and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL).Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and modern DevOps tools (Git, Docker, CI/CD).Adept at building product-oriented applications focused on real business impact.Thrives working across the stack, from database to API layer, with a focus on clean code, unit testing, and maintainability.Product & Impact
