Digital Procurement Transformation Intern

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate Intern to support our Procurement digital transformation. The role will be part of a growing and talented Group Procurement Team. The role is based in Madrid.

The role will be expected to impact quickly and develop as the business grows.

This is a unique opportunity to join our Procurement team.

His/her responsibilities will be:

• Support on the Digital Transformation initiatives of the Procurement department.
• Research of new technologies and tools with possible applications in the procurement department, developing automations and AI related solutions (AI Agents for sourcing automation, AI-powered spend analysis, supplier risk monitoring…).
• Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for continuous improvement in procurement processes and systems.
• Contribute to the change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new procurement technologies and processes. Example: training preparations and support to procurement teams and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate in the collection, cleaning and analysis of procurement data to generate actionable insights.
• Contribute in pilots or PoCs with new technologies.

Candidate profile

Experiences and Qualifications

• University Degree, preferably Graduate or Bachelor IT Engineering. Postgraduate degree would be valued if related to the role.
• Interest and ability in building AI agents in Copilot Studio to support procurement processes.
• Experience in using Power Platform tools, especially Power Automate, to design simple workflows, automate tasks, and support digital process improvement.
• Python knowledge will be considered a strong plus.
