Job Description

Working in our
Architecture, Intelligence & Technology (AI&T) Department
, you will play a key role in building our new
Global MDM Team
.

We are looking for an
MDM Architect
to
design and oversee the technical architecture
of a global
Master Data Management (MDM)
implementation. You will ensure
scalability, performance, and compliance
while aligning with enterprise standards. Acting as the program's
technical authority
, you will define
data flows, integration models, and security frameworks
to drive adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and govern
    the MDM solution architecture (data models, workflows, integrations).
  • Translate business needs
    into robust, scalable designs.
  • Select, configure, and optimize
    the MDM platform.
  • Design integration strategies
    (batch, APIs, ETL/ELT) with systems like ERP, CRM, Finance, and Analytics.
  • Enforce governance, data quality, and security standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders
    (Finance, Data Owners, Stewards).
  • Provide technical leadership
    to development teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven
    experience
    as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead in large-scale MDM projects.
  • Strong
    knowledge of MDM platforms
    (Informatica, SAP MDG, Reltio, Stibo, IBM, etc.).
  • Expertise in
    data modeling, integration, and API architectures
    .
  • Hands-on
    experience
    with ETL/ELT tools and cloud integrations.
  • Strong understanding of
    data governance, quality, and master data domains
    .
  • Familiarity with
    enterprise architecture frameworks
    (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with
    cloud platforms
    (Azure, AWS, GCP) and their data services.
  • Knowledge of
    event-driven architectures, microservices, and streaming platforms
    (e.g., Kafka).
  • Background in
    data security, identity management, and regulatory compliance
    (GDPR, SOX, etc.).
  • Prior experience working in
    Agile delivery models
    with cross-functional, global teams
