We are seeking a talented and experienced

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and optimizing the expenses feature of our HR software to clients, helping them streamline their financial processes and achieve greater efficiency in expense management.

About The Role
We're looking for a Finance Consultant to join our growing consulting team at Factorial. You'll work alongside 15+ consultants across Finance, Payroll, and Talent—helping build and scale our finance services offering. Finance Management is a key Domain that includes the whole area; Expenses Management, Account Payable/Procurement, Project Management and Financial Workspace.One of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be fully adapted to the client's needs. This requires you to perfectly understand their processes and problems and detect possible improvements and opportunities in the product. In this role, you'll use your financial expertise and tech know-how to support clients in optimizing their finance processes with Factorial's tools, deliver high-impact insights, and shape scalable service packages to drive long-term value and growth.
What You'll Do*

• Lead Finance Enablement: Help clients implement and optimize their finance operations using Factorial's Finance Management Solutions. Train finance teams, share best practices, and support process integration and automation.
• Design Scalable Services: Create repeatable service packages—from discovery and training to strategic advisory.
• Act as a Trusted Advisor: Understand client needs, spot inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements. Help clients meet financial policies, support audit readiness, and use analytics to drive cost-saving strategies.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure consistent and aligned delivery.
• Bridge Product and Market: Provide feedback to the Product team, support testing, and validate features to ensure they meet client needs.
• Support Marketing: Contribute expertise to promote our finance solutions through campaigns and educational content

What You Bring

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in finance consulting, financial operations, or implementing ERP/SaaS solutions.
• Languages: Fluency in English and native Italian
• Strong understanding of finance processes: approvals, expenses, budgeting, reporting
• Experience with software integrations and tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Sage, SAP, or Power BI is a strong plus.
• Experience building or delivering structured services at scale
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A collaborative, hands-on mindset and passion for building from the ground up
