Role Description:
As a Customer Support Team Leader, you will oversee a team of customer support representatives, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our French and English-speaking customers. Based in Barcelona, you will be responsible for managing team performance, providing coaching and support, and resolving escalated customer issues. Your role will involve coordinating with other departments to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
Proficiency in French at C2 level and proficiency in English at B2 level, both written and verbal, is essential.
Proven experience in a leadership role within a customer support environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
