About CryptoMondays
CryptoMondays is a global grassroots movement bringing together crypto enthusiasts, builders, and investors through local meetups in cities around the world. We're launching the Ibiza chapter this summer and looking for driven individuals to help build it from the ground up.
The Opportunity
This isn't a traditional job. It's a chance to co-create something meaningful during peak season in one of the world's most iconic destinations. You'll work alongside a small team to plan, promote, and execute crypto events while connecting with an international Web3 audience.
Responsibilities
- Help plan and execute at least 2 events during June/July/August
- Source and manage relationships with sponsors
- Promote events through social media and crypto communities
- Engage with local venues, speakers, and partners
- Build and grow the CryptoMondays Ibiza community
- Coordinate logistics on event days
What We Offer
- Free accommodation
for up to 4 people at the organizer's house in Ibiza - Free sponsorship

— this is a co-building role, not a task-execution role
Requirements
- Experience in at least one of: community building, event management, marketing, or crypto/Web3
- Availability to be in Ibiza for at least part of the summer (flexible)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Genuine passion for crypto and the Web3 ecosystem
- Comfortable working in an unstructured, startup-like environment
Nice to Have
- Existing network in the crypto space
- Experience with CryptoMondays or similar meetup formats
- Social media presence or content creation skills
- Spanish language skills (not required)
