Job Description
Join our international HR team in Barcelona and embark on a comprehensive internship experience supporting both Switzerland's corporate functions and global top management. This opportunity will allow you to gain hands-on exposure to the full employee lifecycle and strategic HR initiatives within a fast-growing organization.

Your missions
Switzerland's Scope – Corporate Functions

  • Organize employee onboarding (contracts, administrative documents, etc.)
  • Assist employees and managers with HR processes and forms (absences, bonuses, benefits, mobility, etc.)
  • Track and manage working time (vacation, overtime, etc.)
  • Manage employee departures (exit surveys, exit interviews)
  • Maintain and update employee databases
  • Collect data and prepare HR reports

Global Scope – Top Management

  • Support the full talent management cycle for top management: people reviews, annual appraisals, career follow-ups
  • Manage international mobility for top management members
  • Support HR in learning & development initiatives, including 360° feedback processes
  • Contribute to strategic and transversal HR projects at a global level

Your profile

  • Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Ability to manage diverse tasks, both administrative and transversal
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and team-oriented
