About the Role
Foot Adapt is transforming how podiatry and sports medicine clinics assess, understand, and treat foot and lower-limb biomechanics. We are seeking a
Clinical Sales & Education Specialist
who combines
clinical credibility, commercial drive, and teaching ability
.
This is
not a traditional medical assistant role
and
not a transactional sales job
. You will act as a
clinical partner
to podiatrists and sports medicine professionals—introducing Foot Adapt technology, training teams on its use, and helping clinics interpret data to improve patient outcomes and grow their practice.

What You'll Do
- Sell Foot Adapt technology into podiatry and sports medicine clinics
- Conduct in-clinic and virtual product demonstrations
- Train clinicians and staff on:
o System setup and workflows
o Data interpretation and clinical application
o Integrating Foot Adapt into patient consultations
- Translate complex biomechanical data into clear, actionable insights
- Support onboarding, adoption, and long-term clinic success
- Build trusted relationships with podiatrists, sports medicine physicians, and
- clinic teams
- Act as the clinical and technical expert for your territory
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve training, messaging, and adoption
- strategies
- Who We're Looking For
You may come from one of the following backgrounds:
Podiatry assistant, orthotic fitter, gait lab technician ready to move into industry
- Medical device or DME sales with podiatry, ortho, or sports medicine exposure
- Sports science, kinesiology, biomechanics, or rehab professional with strong
- communication skills
- Clinical professional with a
clear commercial mindset - Required Skills & Traits
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence working directly with physicians and clinical staff
- Ability to explain data clearly to both clinicians and non-clinical staff
- Commercial mindset: comfortable influencing decisions and driving adoption
- Tech-savvy, curious, and coachable
- Organized, self-motivated, and accountable
- Willing to travel locally within South Florida
- Nice to Have
- Experience with gait analysis, orthotics, or biomechanics
- Prior clinical training or in-service education experience
- Medical device or healthcare technology sales exposure
- Familiarity with podiatry or sports medicine workflows
